XyWriters who need to import or export a lot of HTML and already own the Word
for Word conversion program should consider buying the Word for Word upgrade,
which is now produced by Adobe under the name of "Adobe File Utilities." I
got it this week and it works great.

The upgrade costs $39 plus shipping and handling, and includes Acrobat 3.1
and a couple of other software bells and whistles. The nonupgrade regular
product sells for about $130+ .
Call Adobe at 800-624-6107; they'll ask for the registration number to your
old version of Word for Word.
