Xywrite III+ to WinWord

I'm looking for a program or utility that will help me convert some Xywrite
III+ (version 3.55) files to Word for Windows version 6 or above (actually
WordPad would work, too).
I'm mainly interested in holding the italic and bold coding, as well as
cleaning up other coding.
I'm also looking for a Word filter that might do some of the same.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
