There are some lightweight (maybe 1/3 the weight of your regular keyboard)
and more compact USB keyboards around, some of which are even wireless.
Might we worth checking out. I won one recently as a door prize -- a
Memorex, but not a wireless model -- though I've not had occasion to use it
yet. If it turns out to be decent, on a short-term usage basis, I could
even see traveling with it.
