Carl,

I guess this probably only occurs with certain Xy4 configurations, which I don't have, so I can't really see it myself with my current Xy4 setup. Have you ever encountered this outside Xy4?

Shift-NumpadEnter (sometimes on press, sometimes on release)
Up, Dn, PgUp, PgDn on Numpad (with NumLock off)

Numpad seems to be the common element.
