Re: Keyboard lead

Dear Robert

The problem is not with the connector into the computer, it is with the connector into the
keyboard. The cable unplugs from the keyboard using a flat 6 connector plug which looks a little
like a modem plug. I have rung the suppliers you suggested but they have no knowledge of such a
thing and suggested I contact IBM. My experience there has been that they don't know what I'm
talking about. I would be greatly relieved to find these cables available somewhere but my
researches so far have drawn a blank. (Knowing the technical name for the cable or plug would help
me, I suspect. As you might imagine, searching for IBM keyboard cable doesn't really work.)

Best wishes

Paul
