Unless I miss my guess, CMC.dll simply resides in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM until it
is needed, then it's called for and used (that's where it is on my computer,
running Win95). I don't believe any sort of installation ritual is
necessary, other than placing it there, although Gates and company have
surprised me about such things before.
