We will need much more information from you before we can even estimate if we
can fix the problem. We have a Novell network in-house, and have not seen any
lockups such as you describe. For starters:
-What version of Novell?
-All workstations?
-What error messages cause it?

You might prefer to call (voice) and speak to Jim in Technical Services, who
has had Novell training.
