I have a hazy memory that there is a way and that I used it (as a
default somewhere in either settings.dfl or the specific printer
file) and then forgot it. It is, of course, undocumented. But
it does exist: I think it may be expressed as a percentage
(rather like the autoleading parameter in the printer file).
I'll rummage more later or prehaps(!) TTG will respond.
