I like the breadth of information on http://home.cnet.com. They have
rankings, reviews, and general tips on what to look for when buying a
prebuilt system or components. They also have a handy price comparision
feature: they pull together the links to the product from a zillion
catalogs so you can compare prices and packages very quickly. That list
even tells you if they ship to international addresses.
