clip.pgm for XY3

Dear all

Thanks some valiant work by Carl Distefano, following some feeble efforts on
my part to covert Tim Baehr's CLIP.PGM for use with XY3, I can now post a
version which does, indeed, work, with XY3. I have renamed it CLIP2.PGM for
safety. The program contains two user variables which need to be edited to
reflect individual situations. I can give some guidance if there are any
problems.
