And one other question: Would the ashow procedure be dynamic or static?
A nice thing about using PI is that you can dynamically vary the
intercharacter space according to the point size, rather than
having say a 1/20" space regardless of whether you're using 8PT or
12PT type. So it's analogous to AutoLeading, which regulates the interlinear
lead by type size...
