Robert,
Latest version (7/19) works very smoothly!

Intermediate versions had a few problems, but those are now fixed.

Since you said something about calling FINITO cleanup at the beginning of a
session, I'm wondering if there will be problems with multiple iterations
of Xy open at once. Hmmm, I guess that would have to mess up what's in the
UD directory.


I do sometimes have 2 Xy's going at once, but since I'm using the $K
option, there probably won't be any great havoc wreaked.


Xy fans: UNDO really works! I did a CI /f/xxx/ then undo simply undid it.
For my uses, undoing a CI is by far the most important use.

Gotta quit tinkering with this! I'm stopping NOW (19 July AM).
Mostly it's trying to work around every conceivable er(ror. But
I think it really works quite well now. Time to give it a try.
