Totally agree. From the Erickson email you quote, it seems that
NotaBene either owns the rights to XyWrite or licenses them from the
owner (and thus knows who the owner is). If the owner is not NotaBene,
then I suspect it's Kenneth B. Frank, the former owner of The
Technology Group. To Jordan's point, Mr. Frank is listed as active on
the register of Maryland attorneys, with a phone number and an address
in Baltimore. So it seems he's not off the grid.
