Seems the problem lies in Windows still trying to read those shortcut keys
-- alt and alt serve as shortcut for
"back" and "forward" in Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer. I'm not
sure if this will help, but you could try it. Open XyWrite in a
Window. Right click the top colorful window bar and bring up
"properties". Go to the "misc" tab and uncheck all the windows shortcut
keys. Try that and see what happens. It won't hurt anything.
