Fax program update

Did the fax program get into your mail OK as a zipped attachment? I don't
have a way to check until late tonight or early tomorrow. But if you mail
me personally here (tbaehr@xxxxxxxx), I can try to post it from a different
system.

I just noticed in the file comments that FAX.PGM doesn't check to see if
you have a file on-screen. Not so. That was an earlier version before I
figured out how to do it. FAX.PGM should work only if you have a file
on-screen -- not a blank or a directory.

I'll watch my e-mail till about 5:00 EDT today to see if the file came thru
OK. If it didn't, I'll re-post it from here.
