In TABLE= and TABLE=CAPS, assign

42=NI
and
54=NI

or

42=NINO
and
54=NINO

Try NI first. If the problem persists, try NINO.

There's a note about "SHIFT=42,54,N" near the top of the default KBD file. It says it's
for use with the Keytronics 5151 keyboard.
