Very likely, Carl.  I had some recall association of the name "Annie."  (Diane ?) 

Bottom of page shows last page update in 2003 ?  If so, I'm amazed the site is still going.
The internet is *not* like a library: it can be disturbingly ephemeral.  I've had many bookmarks from as recently as 2012 that now come up "404."
