Yes: one. CHAIN sorts the component files in alphabetical order (this
is documented, I'm relieved to say). So, to chain numbered filenames in
numerical order, you will need to pad the numerical parts of the
filenames with leading zeros. In your example: Chapter.01, Chapter.02,
... Chapter.09, ... Chapter.99.
As for the need to add a at the end of each chapter before
chaining, CHAIN was not designed with MSS in mind but I can easily add
this CHAIN as an option.
