problem with OED word lookup

There is a routine in U2 that allows word lookup from XY4 using OED 2 
version 1.10.  However when I try to use this, I always get a "Windows 
cannot find GOXY.exe" error message.  I have changed the "Wait" setting 
for OED in the XY4 registry to 500 and the lookup does now work, but I 
still get this error message.  I have put the XY4 directory in the 
Windows path, but to no avail.  Can anybody help with this?
