How to install XyWin under otvdm

Its a system environment variable.

In win10 settings type "path" into the box to find a setting, then click
Edit the System Environment Variables
Environment Variables
path
Edit
new
c:\XW
Then close out

Also on the Win10 Shortcut (right-click the shortcut)
click properties and make sure the target is: C:\XW\XW.EXE and
Start in is: C:\XW
This should get it set up in the right default directory. Also check 
XWStart.ini to make sure directories are OK.
