You did ask that before, and I neglected to answer.

The command

KTS 650<F11>

reports

748 mph
So U2 is working correctly. XYCP 437 or XYCP 850 continue to produce "Application error." 
Again, this is the generic system created by the 5.03 installer, with 
the U2 files added and two lines added to startup.int.
