That's better than my version --- it's a smaller file and doesn't have the problem with page 3-1 --- so I'll remove mine from my server.

Thanks! Must have been a lot of work. Two suggestions: it's hard to read some of the small screen-example text. Higher res, if that's possible, would take care of that. More importantly, can you make it searchable? I know some PDF readers can do that.
