Flash,The easiest way to get a workable copy would be to use vDosPlus XyWrite Update (version 5.02) (https://www.lexitec.fi/xywrite/vDosPlus502_Setup.zip) as a starting point. If you point the installer to a folder that has files, an automatic backup will be made. Everything you need is automatically set up. Alternatively, if you try to fix a setup, download the Xy3+ manual for details: https://www.lexitec.fi/xywrite/xy3-manual.pdf VDosPlus installer handles all paths for XyWrite, no need to put them in the host system (WinXP) path.
