Re: BAGGAGE.PM

Well, yeah, you must run BAGGAGE.PM initially with argument 1 *or* 2, to create
BAGS.DAT -- these two args put some useful content into BAGS.DAT, without which
BAGS has no purpose; similarly, args 3 and 4 would be useless if BAGS.DAT
didn't exist.

However, the PM ought to create BAGS.DAT automatically (you *don't* need to
make BAGS.DAT manually -- if that's your trouble, please let me know).
Remember that RUNning BAGGAGE.PM without an argument defaults to arg 4, which
calls up the BAGS.DAT file for viewing|editing|insertion; if BAGS.DAT doesn't
yet exist, the PM should abort with an explanatory msg to that effect.

If you want BAGS.DAT to survive a power-off, or if BAGS.DAT is an everready
text library, then you'll obviously want to keep it on magnetic media; if BAGS
consists of dead texts and you're not going to change them, then you can copy
BAGS.DAT from real disk to RAM-disk (via STARTUP.INT or E.BAT or whatever).
Lots of options here.
