Even worse is "can't scroll across page element" or trying to search across
it or do Ctrl-End. I don't always get these problems, but I can't
characterize when I do. I think one place it occurred was when I had the
column table after my endnotes. It was the endnotes that couldn't be
scrolled past.  Jim.
