Judith:

Do a "Save As" and save the file as a CSV (Comma Delimited) file
with a name and to a directory of your choice.

Then go to the directory and you will find the file with commas
separating each cell, like:

3452345,345234,3452,34,3453,3804518
352356543,345,345,3466,355333,352716032

Replace the commas with tabs, set up the tabs so there is room
for each column, and there you are.
