No, my idea is this: Set the Properties of the DOS box to 43 lines, but set
XyWrite to only 40: "d[f] SL=40". Position the window so that the top 40
lines are visible; let the last 3 lines (which XyWrite will not write to --
will ignore) just disappear off screen at the bottom. Who cares -- they're
empty, there's no text in those 3 lines (lines 41-43). Then you get your
Lucida 28 pt, you get 40 lines, you're one of those exceptionally lucky people
who gets everything you want. You _may_ (but probably not) need to uncheck the
box in the Windows Layout that says something like "Let Windows position the
Dos box" -- you may want to position it yourself, exactly where you want it,
and then "fix" it in that screen position by inputting the exact X x Y
coordinates (expressed in terms of pixels and upper left corner).
