XPL FOR QUICK CONVE
NS-> Doug Beeson:
NS-> Nathan Sivin:

-> choices in macros, you will have an answer to yours about putting the
-> basic conversion on a button.
Nathan, the simplest way of writing a dialog box is "borrowing"
one that you like from the Xywin DLG and then substitute your own
coding. You'd call the help frame via XPL the same way any help
frame is called (unless the programming can be contained within
the entire help frame itself). Laziest way is to use a function
call, such as $0 to $9 and $A to $Z, where the function call is
the key word.
Alternatively, you can attach you own help frame to the main
DLG and use a JM sequence.
P.S. to TTG: Why Xywin doesn't come with a base DLG to allow
easier tinkering is beyond me.
