Exactly--it flags it as an incorrectly spelled word. The version is 3.53. I
don't beleive they fiddled with the default of ck, and in any case I couldn't
make it do it with either setting. I could not find any other variable that
changes for the spell checker, so I don't know what kind of additional
information would be useful. Thanks for your help. Irma
