That is the problem, isn't it? People have come to expect clicking
and pointing their way through layers of menues, so that when you
start talking about editable shortcut, keyboard, help or default
files, their eyes glaze over. So most of them are happy living
within the narrow templates that Bill Gates has deemed as
appropriate for them.
