There was a discussion here within the last year about the screen problems
in NBWin. I do not remember the technical details, but (someone please come
to my rescue on this!) the program has -- as I vaguely remember the
discussion -- two different standards for displaying text and this caused
the problems. If this is what you mean by *compatible,* then it was not.
Since then they have welcomed aboard a Xywrite veteran. Whether his work
had corrected the display problems, I can not say. The best place for
information is the Note Bene list, a congenial place with many people who
swear by the program and have made it work.
