This is in case there are any users of III+ (3.54) who would like either to see long filenames on a Win95 system or who would like to avoid seeing 1980, 1981 instead of 1996, 1997 in their directory displays. I modified an early version of DIRLONG.PGM posted on this list by Tim Baehr. The result is DIRVERBO.XPL, an attachment to this message. III+ users can RUN this progamme or LDPM it. VERBO stands for verbose, and a lot of comment stuff could be cut out of a working copy. I tried it out on a system running Win95 and on another running just DOS 5.0. Further caveats in the programme's comment sections. As this is my first post to this list, my apologies for violations of etiquette, etc. P. Alban a30085@xxxxxxxxAttachment: Dirverbo.xpl
