I'm using a Panasonic KX-2123, which is almost identical to the 1124.
It uses the same drivers: "REV 3.2C PANASONIC KX-P1124/1624 in (EPSON
LQ-2500) mode"
I used it under DOS, under Windows 3.1, and now under Windows 98 in a
Hewlett Packard Pavilion 6330.
I haven't had any problems. It can be done.
I have noticed that every so often, the printer will be slow to start, as
if the computer is processing something. But it's no more than a minute at
worst.
