That's the basic idea, yes. Plus translate the Speedo
characters ("Appendix E"), the 3-byte pseudo-characters, and the
ReverseVideo characters accessible with U2 frame REV. Plus,
optionally, preserve all control characters (e.g. guillemets and
functions) for interoperability between NBWin and Xy4. And do
this via the Windows Clipboard. It's quite tricky.
