Wow! I had found the bit about using VA@5,1, etc., in a previous post of
yours or Robert's, but assumed one still had to use XS. And in addition,
you're saying that if the VA is a system one (rather than one
instantiated in a user program), you don't even need to declare it? You
can just pull it from the system, and specify the parts? Now that is
really, really useful.
I still find it odd that the wrong method worked the first time. Had it
bombed then, I might have realized what was wrong. Oh well, chalk another
lesson up to experience. And thanks greatly.
