Hi James,

Thanks for mentioning this. I am glad to let you know that the italics are now officially supported by the latest vDos-lfn build (build 2016.07.18, of both the 2015.11.01 and 2016.06.01 branches), just like that very early version of vDos. This feature is now turned on by default, and the user can turn it off by setting "SHOWITAL=OFF" in config.txt. Hope this feature will be useful.
