I am using the POST-HP4.PRN with my Laserjet 4 Postscript printer and I
have to put at the beginning of every document a PC82 code if I want
to have a correct upper margin in the page. Without that code, the
printer leaves a lot of blank space at the top of the page. As I am
using A4 size paper, I had to put this code to successfully print my
files. I know: it's tedious to remember every time to include the code.
I have attempted to solve the problem using JB and JZ defaults in
Settings.dfl or in the printer driver without any success. I am using
the POST-HP4.PRN but if I use the HPIII Postscript driver, the problem
doesn't appear. Any suggestions? Any way to include the PB82 code as a
sucessfull default setting?
