I have just purchased the latest Harper
Collins Dictionary for South Africa. They call it the South African version because it includes some expressions not found in the standard dictionary such as those that originate from Afrikaans or the Bantu languages. They
produce similar dictionaries for many other countries - Australia, Canada, and most certainly for the USA. Their dictionaries come with a CD-Rom discovery which enables you to search for words on the computer. As it is a windows based program, it can be integrated with XyWrite, if the latter is running under XP's command prompt. I find it works like a
charm.
