Here are some new uploads; all are ASCII, so you can order
them from the list server:

EZ.XXE   3.6K 96.9.24 for XY3 only   by Annie Fisher
!EZ.PM is used from within XY. It streamlines the use of standard
zipping/unzipping and encoding/decoding utilities (base64
included). The
(beta) xpl utility cuts a certain amount of keying tedium by
collecting
the file path and name, autodetecting common formats, and letting the
user type single-char abbreviations for the utility name when intent
would be unclear, usually for outbound files.

To rename or move a binary or ascii file, !RM lets you type the new
path
or name and omit the command and old file name if the file is open or
if
you point to the old name in a subdir listing or, when the screen is
bare, if the file was the last one open and is in the active subdir.

If a search forward fails, !v^ searches back; seb and the string are
left on the CMline, with a jmp command to the original text position.

Believe it or not, a UU-encoder and decoder written in XPL
that works within XY4! For those of you who complain about
how limited XY is, what can I say but read it and weep!
