Plug "VCD" into your browser's Find function. Historically, it's
been listed under "OS/2-Specific Programs", but this is misleading
since the selfsame program works under DOS or Windows as well. In
recognition of that, I today added a another link, under "DOS- and
Windows-specific programs".
