Y'all,

I provided Kari with raw scans last week. He replied with searchable
pdf files before the w/e. Over the w/e I reviewed the pdfs and
identified a few missing pages. I forwarded scans of the missing pages
to Kari this afternoon; he says he can insert them into the proper
locations of the main file. We may have searchable pdf files of the
entire Reference Guide (incl. appendixes and index) by the end of the
week. Whether it will be made available for downloading to all comers
at Brian's (or some other) web site, or distributed privately to
members of this list via email, remains to be discussed.

Once that is sorted, we can address the question, what other
documentation (if any) is desired in digitized form.
