I'll have a look at that. I know that PCTools is one of those programs that
goes in and helps itself to your path statement when you install it. But I've
modified my path statement in autoexec.bat since then. I'm on a Novell network,
which also makes it a bit bizarre, since Novell has its own version of paths.
After signing on i reset the path statement in dos. I suppose the drive could
hang up if the path is wrong and it's searching everywhere for some
non-existent overlay.
