I'm going by what xywrite says right now..
when i log in at first it says i have about 300k free.. then the next
time it says i have 100 free then less the next time..
so far, the program hasn't coughed, but... i haven't put it thru its
paces yet. I'm afraid of a glitch when i have a lot of files open
and a chapter of my book in the works... i'm not running memory watch
proggies cause they consume memory i'm told..
i have total 32 ram.. so technically i should have plenty.. i'm just
unnerved by the fact that xy4 keeps showing less and less

How do you know you haave memory problems?
Do you have a RAM watch program? Is some
program complaining about about RAM?
How does it indicate less Memory when some
program is running?
Does a program run virtual memory by writing
scratch files to a disk (that might be almost
full) as Xy does for printing, previewing etc?
Are you keeping a log of such instances and
what you've invoked from turning on?
