Revisions: See the respective HELP frames for additional details
---------
Fundamental revisions to CU CountUp procedures in numerous
frames, due to discovery of XyBug that can cause CU to
malfunction in specific situations (there will be
ongoing adjustments to address this very subtle but
  infrequent problem)
{<12b} Convert ≪ to < | ≫ to >, CurrPos to EOF. Now converts
Functions to Mnemonics also. A glibber, less precise,
but easy to read alternative to PSEUDO for Email and
  other plain-text uses
{ClipW*} Copy|Paste to/from System Clipboard (Win32 only).
When first released (10/03), ClipW was controlled by a
VBS script under WSH. A month later, RJH wrote an
executable (CLIP.EXE) to manage the clipboard interface,
replacing WSH; we also introduced a new REG variable
  "EXE_or_VBS" (="E" or "V", default set to "E"), to
determine which interface would be used. However,
subsequent testing confirms that under Win9x, WSH is
considerably faster; whereas under NT, CLIP.EXE is
somewhat faster. The default has been switched to "V".
N.B.: Both interfaces work under both 9x and NT! If
you're happy with your current arrangement, retain it.
{Defdelim*,dd,dd/nv} DeFine delimited text. Fixes
{delem} DELete XPL routines EMbedded (with ) in
  current file. Enhancements
{encode} XPLeNCODE (often used here to put XPL programs in
plain-text messages). As of *today* 3/7/04, a tiny
change was made in the treatment of lone Carriage
Returns (Ascii-13 without the Ascii-10 LineFeed) - so
this new version should be adopted *simultaneously* by
  everyone to DECODE public msgs
{InSt,InStR,XS,XSR}} In$tring[Reverse], XS[Reverse].
  In&Out:Haystack$=50 Needle$=51;
  Out:Left$=52,Needle=53,Right$=54. *Added*: frame XS
{PDF2Xy} Convert PDF file to editable plain text, then CAll
{pfunc} Put 3-byte funcs in text or on CMline. Enhancements
{Runcode,RuncYD} Enhancements
{runem*} RUN XPL routines EMbedded (with ) in
  current file
{SEdate} SEarch for date before (<) or after (>) a given
  date. Fixes
{setup} Check and optionally Establish Suitable Xy|NB System
  Defaults
{Stackbox} Stack list utility. Redesigned from
  the ground up. Greatly enhanced
{togRO} Toggle Read-only status. Framename changed (formerly
  {READ})
{true*,exist} Test IF or EXIST statement on CMline; in XPL,
test True/False statements manufactured by concatenation
{ViewURL*,vu*,URL*} Point'n'Shoot URL View Utility.
  Important fixes
{ZIPView*,Zv*} View ZIPfile internal directory, then
  Read|List|eXtract|Save constituent file. Enhancements,
  fixes
