I would like to replace, using ci ///, some 1-byte guillemets with 3-byters. After an hour of experimentation including looking through CTRLCHAR.TXT, my head is swimming and I'm calling for help.
What I'd like is a command like
ci /<<
where the first << is a 1 byte and the 2nd one is a 3-byte version that will be substitued for it.
Thanks.
