I was just on their site, and they appear to. Well, it's not
full-featured: doesn't print, and cannot export except to RTF. And one
has to supply one's name and address to get it, but they'll apparently
send a CD to poor peons like me without broadband.

Note also that the $250 price is a competitive upgrade to Xy users who
can supply a serial number. DID Xy ever use serial numbers? I have the
envelopes Xy 4 and XyWin came in, with the license printed on the
outside (well, that was considerate of them), but no sign of a serial
no. Nor do I find one on the floppies (Xy DOS 4.012 & 4.017, XyWin 4.012).
