Huh, how interesting. I wonder if your house is in a migration pattern for them.
We had a terrible problem with scorpions in one house in AZ; we found out...well, the guy told us...that scorpions actually have a migration pattern/trail, and if your house is in the path, they'll just crawl over, under and through your house. We had to seal the house, every vent, everything, with screen. It was only certain months of the year that it was a problem. Let me tell you, it is some scary stuff to wake up and look up and see a scorpion on the ceiling right over your head.....
I got nailed five times in seven years, and it was zero fun. We finally moved, although we did manage to seal the house fairly well, but it never lasted.
Best, Charles

and, yes, stink bugs. brown marmorated stink bugs --
http://ento.psu.edu/extension/factsheets/brown-marmorated-stink-bug. A
fire ant for the home. Smelly, not painful, but several hundred crawling
up the side of your house make you feel like you are in a very low
budget horror movie.
