I meant to add that guillemet wildcards are produced, among other
ways, by executing func ≪ or func ≫ at the cursor position. Or you
can use U2 frame WILDCARD.
They're also produced by putting a 1-byte guillemet on the CMline --
there's an automatic transformation to the wildcard -- and then
transferring the wildcard, if necessary, to text.
In the KBD file:
nn=≪
nn=≫
or (XYDECode each line):
nn=NO:~255,~193,.
nn=NO:~255,~193,/
