Just a wild guess: maybe it isn't loaded. What does
VA/NV $U2
return? Should return fully-qualified d:\path\xywwweb.u2 filespec; if it
returns "(none)", then check your LOAD command in STARTUP.INT. Or, maybe you
DLed a bad copy of the U2 ZIPfile, e.g. DLed it as Ascii instead of Binary? Or
tried to look at U2 with an external editor that changed it somehow...
If it *is* loaded, try this on the CMline:
TEST-INSTALL ?2 i.e. CarriageReturn, NOT Helpkey
