Ditto for various GPF crashes I've encountered, using various 16 or 32 bit versions
of WordPort, under W98, NT, and W2K. (Which seem to depend upon _which_ conversions
one is attempting.) The publishers simply deny the problem, which neatly avoids any
need for a fix. This is inexcusable given what they charge for it, even under the
subscription plan. I geve up on them quite awhile ago.
